Privacy

Where your information goes while you browse this site, as far as we can verify today.

Scope

This notice covers the Kullya website only. A separate product privacy notice will cover the data processed when you use the Kullya panel and product.

Contact form

The form on the contact page takes the topic you pick, your name, your email address, your message and, optionally, your company name and phone number. This information is used only to answer your request; you need to tick the consent box to send the form.

The request is stored in this site's own database on the Kullya server that hosts the site, and is visible only to the Kullya team in the site's admin panel. The form's language and the time it was sent are stored with it. Your IP address is not kept in this record; to limit abuse, only a one-way digest derived from it is kept. What you enter in the form is not written to the server logs. The notification email sent to the team does not contain what you entered in the form.

Measurement and tracking

No analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking scripts are loaded, and the site sets no cookies. See the cookie policy for details.

The idea box on the home page

What you type into the idea box stays in your browser until you choose to build it with Kullya. It is kept briefly in the browser's session storage so it is not lost while you sign in, and it is never written to the address bar.

Once you sign in and continue, the text moves into the product. From there on it is covered by the product privacy notice.

Server logs

The site runs on the Kullya platform's own servers. For every request the server keeps two separate records that serve different purposes.

Visit statistics: kept to count which pages are opened, browser type, referring address and country. In this record your IP address is stored shortened (the last part of an IPv4 address, and everything after the first 48 bits of an IPv6 address, is removed); the country is derived before shortening. These records are deleted after 12 weeks.

Legal traffic record: Turkish Law No. 5651 requires hosting providers to keep traffic data for no less than one and no more than two years. This record contains the full IP address, the time of the request, the requested path (without the query string), the response status and size; it is kept for one year, only authorised staff can access it, and it is shared only in response to a lawful request. Each day's record is sealed with a checksum when it closes.

Moving to the Kullya panel

The sign-in and build with Kullya links take you to the Kullya panel. Your account details are handled there under the product's own rules.
