Commercial Electronic Message Consent

This text explains the content of the consent you give under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages. This English version is provided for convenience; the Turkish text prevails.

Scope of consent

By ticking the consent box, you agree that Emre Işık ("Kullya") may send you commercial electronic messages by email, text message (SMS) and phone call about Kullya's products, new features, campaigns, discounts, events and newsletter.

You can choose separately, at sign-up or in the panel settings, which channels you give consent for. Not giving consent does not affect your membership or purchases.

Messages that do not require consent

Notifications about your membership, orders, invoices, subscription renewals and payment reminders, account security, service interruptions, and changes to contracts or policies are informational and are not considered commercial electronic messages; they are sent regardless of your consent.

Message Management System (İYS)

Your consents and opt-outs are recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) as required by law. You can also view and manage your consents at iys.org.tr or through e-Devlet.

Withdrawal of consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, by using the opt-out link in each message, through the notification preferences in the panel, through İYS, or by writing to info@kullya.com. Your opt-out is processed within three business days at the latest, and no commercial messages are sent after that date.

Consent and opt-out records are kept for three years from the date consent is withdrawn.

Detailed information about the first name, last name, email address, phone number and message preferences processed for this purpose is provided in the KVKK Privacy Notice, issued under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), and in the Explicit Consent Notice.
